I am not able to Launch .url browser shortcuts in my Appetizer....
Is their anything i can do to fix this?

.url files are quite special files, and are not fully supported by Appetizer. Some may work, some may not.

Instead of using .url files however you could simply type-in the URL in the "Location" field of the shortcut property dialog. This is properly supported by Appetizer and should work in all cases.
